Although Safenter was founded in 2024, our shareholders bring over 20 years of combined experience in developing cutting-edge GPS-based fleet management electronics and building successful technology-driven businesses. This rich background includes long-term work at UAB Baltic Car Equipment, a company successfully sold in 2019 to U.S. investor Xirgo Technologies. During that time, we managed wholesale GPS equipment sales in over 50 countries and developed innovative electronic solutions, including the CityBee car-sharing system launched in 2014. In Q3 2025, UAB Informacinių technologijų organizacija joined Smart Door Electronics' shareholders, further strengthening our mobile application development capabilities for our advanced access control solutions.
